    Hello Jack. I absolutely agree with you. As they say healthy body, healthy mind. There are tons of apps that can help you yo stay fit. Just find the most appropriate for you. My friend even decided to create app for his use and spread it. He contacted developers company https://itmaster-soft.com/ and is working on it right now. I am inmpatiently waiting for the app. So, let’s go exercise!
